On June 12th 2026, the Department of War released the third tranche of UFO files via the WAR.gov website.
Also intriguingly, it was announced on the 13th June 2026 that the White House will set up a UAP Science Advisory Council led by Professor AVI Loeb.
The board is formed to investigate the UFO phenomenon using rigorous scientific methods.
It certainly appears that the U.S government is taking the UFO topic seriously, and this latest development appears to push the needle further.
But what can we learn from all this? In this article, we discuss just that.

Third UFO Files Release
The latest batch of UFO files contains 74 files. As before, it consists of many VID files, IMG files, and PDF files.
Obviously, there are too many files to list here, but we will take a look at the most interesting in this article.

Interesting Released Videos
FBI-UAP-PR003, “Orbs Over the Pond,” 2024
The first interesting video is of a luminous ‘orb’ that appears to resemble a ‘plasma-like sphere’ hovering over a pond, released by the FBI.
The video was taken by a civilian and analysed and authenticated by the U.S Government.
There are only 6 released video files, and for some reason, two are video recreations which cannot be taken seriously as viable evidence.
The others are glowing objects too far away to discern.
Interesting Released Images
What is interesting in this latest batch of released files is that there are 10 released images, all of which are ‘recreations’ of sightings and not actual photographic evidence.

Interesting Released PDFs
There are numerous PDF files released in this latest batch. Many are of historical interest. One file that stood out was a study by a Scientific Advisory Panel.
CIA-UAP-002, Scientific Advisory Panel on Unidentified Flying Objects, Report, 1952-1953
The findings of the 1952-1953 report state:
“As a result of its considerations.
The panel concludes: That the evidence provided on Unidentified Flying Objects shows no indication that these phenomena constitute a direct and physical threat to national security.
We firmly believe that there is no residuum of cases which indicate that phenomena which are attributable to foreign artefacts capable of hostile acts, and there is no evidence that the phenomena indicate a need for the revision of current scientific concepts.“
Basically, nothing to see here.
Criticism
As always, we need to give a balanced view on the information released and offer up some criticism.
While some of the information is interesting (especially the PDF files from a historical standpoint), the fact remains that the video evidence is blurry, grey and non-distinct.
Furthermore, there are many artists ‘recreations’ of events in this latest release, which do not add significant weight to the evidence disclosed.
There is simply not enough detailed video or imagery to come to any definitive conclusion.
On Jun 13th 2026, a modern-day scientific panel led by Professor AVI Loeb was announced to look into the evidence with ‘scientific rigour’.
Interestingly, the 1952-1953 PDF in this latest UFO file release comes from a previously appointed Scientific Advisory Panel.
The 1952 panel came to the conclusion that there was nothing tangible to the UFO sightings, as previously discussed in this article.
It appears we have been here before.
Based on the UFO files evidence released so far, the modern-day Scientific Advisory Council is likely to come to the same conclusion unless more compelling evidence can be found.
So once again, there is no proof of anything otherworldly or ‘alien’ to be found in this latest release.
While many extravagant claims are made almost weekly by various whistle-blowers, there is still no tangible proof.
Without proof, there is no way to come to a definitive conclusion to the claims made of Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) or associated craft, commonly known as UFOs.
UFO Reveal – A Potential Timeline
In our previous article on the 2nd UFO release, we stated the following:
If there is any truth to this topic at all, then the following stages will more than likely need to be addressed before full admission by the U.S. Government:
Step 1. Government release of UAP information. (in progress).
Step 2. Gradual acceptance by the public. (in progress).
Step 3. Acceptance by the religious communities. (in progress).
Step 4. Acceptance by the scientific community. (no tangible proof for acceptance, the most challenging stage).
Step 5. Full admission to the public. (TBC).
With the creation of the UAP Scientific Advisory Board, Step 4. Acceptance by the scientific community turns into “in progress”.
If the allegations are real, this brings us one step closer to the truth. We will have to see if any definitive proof surfaces.

What Entrepreneurs Should Know
Entrepreneurs should be aware that the interest in the topic is still high, with over 1.7 billion hits as of June 2026 on the war.gov website. While there is no definitive proof of the allegations, there is still significant movement in other areas.
The announcement of the UAP Scientific Advisory Panel highlights that the U.S. Government takes the matter seriously and this development may push the needle further.
While tangible evidence is sparse, there is a small amount of data that could possibly point to something anomalous.
Whether that ‘something’ is extra-terrestrial, there is currently insufficient data to be sure.
It should be noted that the ramping up of interest in the topic also coincides with the SpaceX IPO, (Initial Public Offering).
The development of advanced technology, space travel and computing power appears to be at the forefront of the U.S. focus right now.
Coincidence? Maybe, but we are certainly living in interesting times.
There are still potential opportunities in the topic for entrepreneurs within the content creation and media fields.
It also appears from the current tech climate that the interest in the topic could also inspire new developments within the space industry, and computers much like in the 1960s.
Investors in space technology and associated technologies could also do extremely well.
In fact, Elon Musk has been quoted as saying, “We want to make Star Trek real”. The SpaceX IPO brings that vision one step closer to reality. Sci-Fi appears to be inspiring reality.
While there is still no tangible proof of UFOs yet to be released, the SpaceX IPO alone almost guarantees that billions of dollars will be invested in AI, space technology, propulsion systems and further space exploration.
The SpaceX IPO is the biggest IPO of all time, raising $75 billion and valuing the company in excess of 2 trillion dollars.
Whether the topic is proven real or not, this is certainly an eye-opening and interesting ‘coincidence’.

Final Thoughts
Some would argue that the latest batch of UFO files is somewhat disappointing.
However, there does appear to be genuine progress. The formation of the UAP Science Advisory Council, led by Professor Avi Loeb, ensures that the topic and UFO file releases will be studied with scientific rigour.
Therefore, if there is anything at all tangible to the claims, it should be uncovered by the scientists engaged in the process.
Some may argue that this new panel adds another layer of bureaucracy to aid obfuscation.
However, we have to be grounded and understand that so far, no credible proof has been brought forward to back up potential obfuscation claims despite the release of hundreds of files.
If there is anything at all to the claims, someone needs to come forward with tangible proof that can be verified scientifically.
As entrepreneurs, the interest in the topic is still enormous and ‘coincidentally’ the recent SpaceX IPO ensures billions of dollars will be spent in the coming years on space technology, AI and space exploration.
Savvy entrepreneurs, especially in the content creation and media fields or investors in space technology companies, could potentially do extremely well.
If more tangible revelations are made in future or if the scientific advisory panel were to confirm tangible evidence, the rewards could be out of this world.
